Step out your door and let the adventure begin. If you feel like a jog, walk or bike ride Park 39 is surrounded by 80 acres of parks and trails including Gilham Park, Hyde Park, Frank A Theis Park and more. If you want a bit of competition tennis and pickle ball courts are near.

For art lovers the museum district in less than a mile away and hosts renowned collections at the Nelson-Atkins Art Museum, and Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art. The celebrated Kansas City Art Institute is just moments from the campus. Park 39 also serves as a gateway to great shopping, entertainment, a variety of restaurants and bars especially in the Westport and the Country Club Plaza areas.

 

As part of the Kansas City Streetcar Main Street Extension in 2025 there will be a streetcar stop installed near Park 39 which will provide even better access to Downtown, Kansas City.
